COVID-19

The health and well-being of halo’s service users and staff is our priority.

This means that we take appropriate precautions to minimise the spread of COVID-19 and other infections based on advice from WA Health and key industry bodies.

Help us keep you and others safe by:

  • Contacting us before your service if you or someone in your home has become unwell or have COVID-19
  • Washing your hands often with soap and warm water, or hand sanitiser when needed
  • Practice social distancing
  • Cover your mouth and nose with your elbow when coughing and sneezing

Our staff keep you and each other safe by:

  • Practicing social distancing wherever possible
  • Not coming to work when unwell
  • Undertaking infection prevention and control training and using PPE
  • Following halo’s guidelines based on risk levels at the time.
