The health and well-being of halo’s service users and staff is our priority.
This means that we take appropriate precautions to minimise the spread of COVID-19 and other infections based on advice from WA Health and key industry bodies.
Help us keep you and others safe by:
- Contacting us before your service if you or someone in your home has become unwell or have COVID-19
- Washing your hands often with soap and warm water, or hand sanitiser when needed
- Practice social distancing
- Cover your mouth and nose with your elbow when coughing and sneezing
Our staff keep you and each other safe by:
- Practicing social distancing wherever possible
- Not coming to work when unwell
- Undertaking infection prevention and control training and using PPE
- Following halo’s guidelines based on risk levels at the time.
