Halo is committed to “Supporting people to live independently”

At halo our mission is to provide practical services in a respectful manner that meet clients’ needs and supports as well as enabling our clients to remain living in their own homes with dignity, confidence and respect. We act with integrity, honesty and transparency and believe in giving back to the community.

Our community support workers have the admirable and inspiring role to act with respect for people’s rights to freedom of expression, self-determination and decision making in accordance with applicable laws and conventions. We do so by caring for older Australians and people with disabilities in their homes day-to-day. You would be joining a kind-hearted team who dedicate their time towards helping enable client independence as well as building relationships within the community.

Here at halo, our goal is to always contribute positively to other’s lives. As a fast evolving business we hope by taking you on board, that we continue flourishing as a team whilst giving back to the community.
