Our community support workers have the admirable and inspiring role to act with respect for people’s rights to freedom of expression, self-determination and decision making in accordance with applicable laws and conventions. We do so by caring for older Australians and people with disabilities in their homes day-to-day. You would be joining a kind-hearted team who dedicate their time towards helping enable client independence as well as building relationships within the community.

What we require from you
- Current qualification in Aged/Disability Care (Cert III Aged/Individual Support) (desirable)
- Two years or more experience working in Community NDIS/Aged Care setting
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Medication Administration Competency/experience (we will train successful candidates)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willing to obtain)
- A valid non-provisional WA driving licence
- A reliable, safe vehicle appropriate to transport clients
- Full comprehensive car insurance and registration (non negotiable)
- Disability and/or Aged Care support worker experience (desirable)
- Fully vaccinated against Covid19 (desirable)
