I have spent much of my career working in the community services sector for not for profit organisations in mental health, disability and justice. I am a passionate and enthusiastic leader who thrives on creating a positive work culture that is safe and gives people the tools to do their jobs to the best of their abilities and provide the best quality services. Halo is a tremendous organisation with so many staff dedicated to improving the lives of those we support. My name is Jodie and I’m the Quality and Work Health Safety Manager at HALO. My personal experiences with family members receiving Aged and Disability supports sparked my passion for working in the area of quality. Having worked in many roles, including starting out in support work whilst studying, I also feel very strongly towards ensuring our wonderful staff are safe at work with the unique challenges community care can present.
