Bridget Harvey
CEO

I have spent much of my career working in the community services sector for not for profit organisations in mental health, disability and justice. I am a passionate and enthusiastic leader who thrives on creating a positive work culture that is safe and gives people the tools to do their jobs to the best of their abilities and provide the best quality services. Halo is a tremendous organisation with so many staff dedicated to improving the lives of those we support. I consider it a great honour to lead such a dynamic organisation and ensure we are providing excellent services, delivered in the way people want them, both now and into the future.

David Selvendra
Executive Manager Finance & Corporate Services

1I am a results driven finance and business professional with over 20 years of experience in the fields of corporate finance, business development, stakeholder engagement and team building in both Not for profit and commercial environments. I enjoy working with people in resource constrained environments where creative solutions for complex issues are highly valued.

After working in remote Australia over a decade, I decided to move to Perth to join my family. This opportunity at Halo interested me especially due to the diverse nature of my role to make meaningful contributions to the organisation and stay connected with people whom we are here to serve.

I have worked in various roles within the Aged & Disability Sector since I immigrated to Perth from Scotland in 2011.

I believe everyone here at HALO has the passion and commitment to provide quality services which promote independence and community engagement.
Our support ensures our clients can continue to live safely and happily at home.

HR professional with over 20 years employment legislation and compliance experience. When it comes to employee engagement, I believe compassion, trust, respect and inclusion are key to my role. My strengths lie in building meaningful relationships and connections to make the most of these challenging times affecting the employee lifecycle.

HALO has a solid mission to support and connect with the community to build purpose and to be meaningful to all stakeholders and I am proud to be behind the scenes, with my team, contributing to the success of the business. My work is so rewarding and that’s only possible because of the great team spirit and uplifting management style of HALO.

Jodie James
Quality & WHS Manager

My name is Jodie and I’m the Quality and Work Health Safety Manager at HALO. My personal experiences with family members receiving Aged and Disability supports sparked my passion for working in the area of quality. Having worked in many roles, including starting out in support work whilst studying, I also feel very strongly towards ensuring our wonderful staff are safe at work with the unique challenges community care can present. These reasons combined are why I’m proud to work at HALO; as each day I’m working with an incredible team who share the same passion for safe and quality care for our incredible clients and staff.
