2024 Client Feedback Survey

We recently sent out our Annual Feedback Survey, and a big thank you to everyone who took the time to contribute! Around 20% of the people we support, or their carers, completed the survey and told us how you feel.
We take continuous improvement very seriously, particularly when it comes to what the people we support need. Halo are celebrating our results this year because they showed amazing improvements compared to the 2023 Survey, and more people are proud to recommend halo to their friends and family.
Based on what the people we support shared with us in the 2023 Survey, here is a recap of some of the initiatives halo worked on:
- Completing more face-to-face annual reviews rather than ones over the phone.
- Improving our communication through our newsletter.
- Changing up our information packs to make them easier to understand.
- Continuous work on creating reliable and regular rosters.
- A new outcome tool called the STAR that helps us to work with you on improving your wellbeing.
- A Cyber Security audit, to ensure your personal information stays safe.
This year, based on the feedback you shared, we will be focusing on:
- Getting back to you more reliably when you raise requests with us.
- Improving the general quality of services (whilst working with you to stay as independent as possible).
- Continuing our work on improving the rosters for reliability, and making sure we communicate time changes with you.
- Ensuring our annual reviews are completed, and you know how to contact us if your needs have changed.
